The Denon CD deck (DN-S3500) is the latest edition to my music setup for mixing and studio production.
The Denon is a fantastic CD player, providing quality scratching (turntable manipulation) effects, and sound sampling abilties. It's no wonder it is the CD deck of choice for Gatecrasher in their clubs!
Pioneer CDJ100S Decks - Arguably the industry standard for DJs. These CD players allow songs to be beat mixed seamlessly, aswell as using onboard effects. It's a reliable and effective unit that I use for all of my gigs.
These self amplified speakers pump out 300 watts per channel.
The italian made 'RCF' brand of speakers can be seen in many pubs and at events around Perth. They have an excellent punchy sound, with a controlled bass and excellent high end.
I use quality lighting effects for all events. This includes:
- A Goboflower light which is sound activated (pictured left). The unit produces beams of light which change in shape and colour.
- Two Shimmer lights. These lights produce rotating beams of light to form multiple 'dots' on the floor and walls. The colour of the beams can be changed as required (pictured below-left).
